1. Definitions

  • Services: the medical consultation, treatment, telemedicine, diagnostics or other medical / health-related services provided by BCS Doctor.
  • Patient / Client: any person using or receiving the Services.
  • Healthcare Provider: the doctor(s), nurses, technicians, or other staff under BCS Doctor.
  • Appointment: scheduled consultation or treatment.
  • Fees: charges for consultations, treatments, tests, procedures or follow-ups.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services (in person or via telemedicine), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3. Appointment and cancellation

  • Patients must schedule appointments in advance.
  • Cancellations should be made at least X hours/days in advance; otherwise, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Missed appointments without notice may be treated as a no-show, and a no-show penalty or full appointment fee may be charged.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

  • Fees for services will be communicated before or at the appointment (or in teleconsultation). Payment may be required upfront or at time of service.
  • Insurance or other third-party payments: if you use insurance / health plan, you must provide valid documentation; any co-payment or uncovered costs are the responsibility of the the Patient.
  • Refunds: refund policy depends on the type of service; non-refundable if lab tests or treatments cannot be reversed once administered.

5. Medical disclaimers

  • The information provided by BCS Doctor is for general medical / health purposes and not a guarantee of outcome.
  • The Services do not substitute emergency medical treatment. In case of emergency, please go to hospital or call emergency services.
  • Results of diagnostic tests or treatments may vary, and you must follow medical advice / instructions given by your healthcare provider.

6. Patient responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health history, allergies, medications, and contact info.
  • Follow pre-treatment or pre-consultation instructions.
  • Follow medical advice, take medications as prescribed, attend follow-ups as directed.
  • Comply with any instructions or restrictions given by the healthcare provider.

7. Confidentiality & privacy

  • Patient data is collected, stored and processed securely, in compliance with relevant health / data protection laws.
  • Data will not be shared without your consent, except where required by law.
  • Telemedicine sessions may be recorded (if applicable), only with your consent.

8. Liability & indemnification

  • BCS Doctor and its staff are responsible for providing services in line with professional standards.
  • However, BCS Doctor will not be liable for adverse outcomes that are inherent risks of treatments (unless due to negligence).
  • You agree to indemnify BCS Doctor for any claims, losses or damages from misuse of services or providing false information.

9. Intellectual property

  • Any materials (reports, educational pamphlets, medical advice materials) are property of BCS Doctor and cannot be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These T&C are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
  • Any disputes may be resolved via mediation / arbitration or courts specified.

11. Amendments

  • BCS Doctor may update these Terms at any time; changes will be posted and take effect from the date of posting.

12. Miscellaneous

  • No waiver unless in writing, severability, assignment restrictions, notices, etc.
